When the PTS initiates a call via the "Start IVR Call" link on the PTS panel,
PhaST triggers a single call to the specified participant. In the "Screening Calls" grid, there is a column labeled "Status". This column indicates the disposition of the screening call request from the standpoint of the IVR phone "robot". As each screening call unfolds, the "status" column is updated.
The table below summarizes the various statuses.
