1 Link your iPhone with thems USB2 connector to some computer that has iTunes. ITunes will show a window by means of several tabs for syncing your iPhone. A capacity bar by the bottom of the window lets you know how much space is accessible.
2 Select which contacts you want synced through your iPhone under the "Info" tab on iTunes. You can sync all contacts or just selected groups.
